Roy R. Kelly, III (Robby)

Since beginning his law practice in 1974, Roy R. Kelly, III, (“Robby”) has been a general practitioner in Monticello, Georgia. His primary practice focuses on domestic relations, family law, real estate, wills and estates, and criminal law. He has represented individuals charged with both misdemeanors and felonies and has represented several clients that were facing the death penalty. Robby is an AV rated lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell.

Roy R. Kelly, IV (Rob) 

Throughout his career, Rob has represented both individuals and companies in cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, automobile wrecks, tractor trailer wrecks, product liability, commercial disputes and business disputes. He has been recognized as one of the top lawyers in Georgia being named as a Rising Star by Atlanta Magazine and Super Lawyers Publication, one of Georgia’s Legal Elite by Georgia Trend Magazine and one of Georgia’s top AV rated lawyers by Martindale-Hubbell. Rob has spoken at numerous seminars about various trial practice topics and has authored a chapter entitled Recovering Damages in Georgia’s Civil Trial Procedure, LexisNexis Practice Guide, 2011-2012 Edition. Gini Lynn Jenkins 

Throughout her career Gini Lynn has focused her practice on representing both individuals and companies in litigated cases involving personal injury and wrongful death as a result of motor vehicle and tractor trailer collisions, slip/trip and falls, product liability and other torts including malicious prosecution and false arrest. She also has experience litigating insurance coverage questions and multi-million dollar property losses due to hurricane damage. Since 2007 Gini Lynn has limited her practice to representing only individuals who have suffered physical and financial injuries due to the negligent or wrongful conduct of other individuals or companies. She handles cases throughout Georgia state and federal courts and is also licensed to practice law in all Florida state courts.
