Since beginning his law practice in 1974, Roy R. Kelly, III, ("Robby") has been a general practitioner in Monticello, Georgia. His primary practice focused on domestic relations, family law, real estate, wills and estates, and criminal law. He has represented individuals charged with both misdemeanors and felonies and has represented several clients that were facing the death penalty.

Throughout his career, Rob has represented both individuals and companies in the litigation of cases involving personal injury, premises liability, products liability, wrongful death and commercial disputes. Since forming Kelly & Kelly in 2006, Rob has focused his practice on representing individuals who have been harmed physically and financially. Rob handles cases throughout Georgia in both State and Federal Court. Rob has been recognized as one of the top young lawyers in Georgia and named as a Georgia Rising Star by Atlanta Magazine and the Super Lawyers Publication.

With more than seven years of experience, Gini Lynn began her legal career in Florida representing both individuals and insurance companies in litigation cases involving personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death and fire and hurricane property losses. In 2007, Gini Lynn moved to Savannah, GA and limited her practice to solely representing individuals who have sustained personal injuries as a result of the negligence of others. Gini Lynn also represents individuals in workers' compensation claims as a result of injuries sustained at work. Gini Lynn handles cases throughout Georgia and Florida in both State and Federal Court.
