Roy R. Kelly, III (Robby)

Since beginning his law practice in 1974, Roy R. Kelly, III, (“Robby”) has been a general practitioner in Monticello, Georgia. His primary practice focuses on domestic relations, family law, real estate, wills and estates, and criminal law. He has represented individuals charged with both misdemeanors and felonies and has represented several clients that were facing the death penalty. Robby is an AV rated lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell.

Roy R. Kelly, IV (Rob) 

Throughout his career, Rob has represented both individuals and companies in cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, automobile wrecks, tractor trailer wrecks, product liability, commercial disputes and business disputes. He has been recognized as one of the top lawyers in Georgia being named as a Rising Star by Atlanta Magazine and Super Lawyers Publication, one of Georgia’s Legal Elite by Georgia Trend Magazine and one of Georgia’s top AV rated lawyers by Martindale-Hubbell. Rob has spoken at numerous seminars about various trial practice topics and has authored a chapter entitled Recovering Damages in Georgia’s Civil Trial Procedure, LexisNexis Practice Guide, 2011-2012 Edition. Caitlin J. Derst (Cat)

Caitlin joined the firm in August 2016 and has focused her practice on personal injury litigation.  Specifically, she handles cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, automobile wrecks, product liability, as well as commercial and business disputes.  Prior to joining Kelly & Kelly, Cat mainly handled civil cases representing both individuals and companies in cases involving collections and foreclosures.  She grew up here in Savannah and attended St. Andrew’s School on Wilmington Island.  While she loves to travel in her spare time, she always ends up back in Savannah.
